I'm delighted to be one of the guest speakers at this event celebrating inspirational women where I'll be in the very good company of Liz Weir, MBE, Storyteller, Bebhinn McKinley, Community Activist and Emma Mulholland, Fiddle Player.

We will be telling the story of various women from our past and present - queens, warriors, mothers, activists, sisters, scholars, daughters, pirates, wives and authors - women who have inspired others.

The celebration is being organised by the Carson Project, supported by the International Fund for Ireland and St Stephen's Green Trust.

Tea and coffee will be served. The event will be held in Ballymena North Business and Recreation Centre, Cushendall Road, Ballymena on Friday 06 March 2020 from 7.00 - 9.00pm.

All are welcome to attend and booking is not required.

We hope to see you there!
